really good tranquility
friendly staff spacious villa scenic view
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The villa felt spacious and luxurious. The villa was spotlessly cleaned each day. I liked the scenic views of the surrounding jungle from the plunge pool.
The hotel did not provide a shuttle service. I had to arrange transportation into the town center for a fee. this was a bit inconvenient as i wanted more flexibility.

They provided prompt assistance with requests. Their attentiveness greatly enhanced my visit. I felt valued as a guest.

I ordered a floating breakfast, and it was affordably priced. The food quality was excellent, and the presentation was beautiful. This made for a nice start to the day. Room service was efficient and good.

My villa offered a spacious and luxurious setting with a private plunge pool. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and i found mosquito repellents in the room. The room was clean. I appreciate the attention to detail.

The villa had a very nice view (it was really neat), in the middle of the jungle. the spa has professional staff and i used laundry. It was good and with a good price.
there was no shuttle.

blissful retreat!
attentive staff balinese cooking warm smiles quick assistance
the staff remembered my name and preferences. they always greeted me with warm smiles and were quick to assist with any request (like arranging transportation). i particularly enjoyed the balinese cooking class where i learned to make traditional dishes.
the lighting in the room was a little dim. i had to use multiple lamps.

my valley view villa had a private plunge pool where i enjoyed tranquil mornings. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the space spacious and very clean.
